Arrival in 3 steps
No reception desk, no waiting for keys — you arrive whenever suits you.
Instructions in the morning
On the day of arrival, by 8:30, we send a text message and an email with the address, the entry code, directions to your apartment and the Wi-Fi password.
The key waits in a lockbox
At your apartment door you enter a four-digit code and take the key — at any time from 14:00.
Check-out without formalities
By 10:00 you leave the key in the box as described in the instructions. That's it.
Parking
Street spaces in front of the buildings are paid and best used for unloading only. For longer stays, choose a guarded or underground car park.

Poplińskich 1
- In front of the building: paid street parking 5 zł/h (Mon–Fri 8:00–20:00, free at weekends) — we recommend it for unloading only.
- Guarded car park, ul. Przemysłowa 2 — 60 zł/day.
- Underground car park, Plac Wolności 20 — 50 zł/day.
No need to pack the basics
Every apartment has a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a wardrobe. Beds and sofa beds are made up and waiting — after a late arrival you can go straight to sleep.
Kitchenette
Fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, sink and full kitchen equipment.
Coffee to start
A coffee machine with a few capsules, tea, sugar, salt and pepper.
Private bathroom
Shower, WC, washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shower gel.
Beds and sofas made up
Every place to sleep — sofa beds included — is made up before you arrive. Large towels for every guest.
Free Wi-Fi
Free internet and a TV in every apartment.
Iron and clothes dryer
An iron with ironing board and a drying rack.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00.
When will I get the apartment code?
On the day of arrival, by 8:30, by text message and email.
Can I arrive late at night?
Yes. You collect the key yourself from the lockbox by the door, so any arrival time after 14:00 is fine.
Can I check in before 14:00?
Often yes — apartments are frequently ready around 13:00. Contact us on the day of arrival from 11:00: by then we know when the previous guests left and can tell you the time your apartment will definitely be ready.
Is there a lift in the buildings?
No, both buildings are historic townhouses without a lift. Apartments range from the ground floor to the 4th floor. If stairs are a problem for you, write to us and we will find you an apartment on a lower floor.
Where can I park?
There are paid spaces in front of the buildings, which we recommend for unloading only. For longer stays, nearby guarded and underground car parks are best — the full list with prices is in the Parking section.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes. All beds and sofa beds are made up for your arrival, so after the journey you can go straight to bed. Large towels are ready for every guest. There is also a hairdryer, soap and shower gel.
Is the sofa bed unfolded and made up, or do I have to do it?
We do it for you. When you arrive, the sofa bed is unfolded and made up — just like the beds.
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices. Enter your company details when booking or send them to info@mynest.pl.
What do I do with the key when I leave?
Leave it in the box by 10:00, as described in the instructions.
House rules
- Absolute night silence is in force every day from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (non-compliance may result in calling the police and imposing a fine).
- Checkout of the apartment is no later than 10:00 AM. Therefore, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 AM.
- Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other products supporting the combustion of tobacco (as well as other substances) is strictly prohibited in the apartments and the interior of the entire building. Violation of the ban results in a fine of PLN 1,000 (equivalent to the cost of ozonation of the apartment).
- It is strictly forbidden to organise any events in the apartments, and for people other than those registered when making the reservation to stay overnight.
- Garbage containers are located in the yard. Full garbage segregation into four fractions is required: mixed, plastic, paper, glass.
- All items left by our guests in the apartment are stored for a period of 7 days from the end of their stay.
- Additional cleaning of the apartment: price from PLN 100 (the price includes full cleaning, change of bed linen and towels, and replenishment of hygiene products and cleaning products).
- Any destruction or vandalism of property in the apartments will result in a financial penalty depending on the extent of the damage caused, but not less than PLN 200.
- Pets are strictly prohibited in the apartments.
